You deserve downtime and a few days of celebration won’t ruin the fitness foundation you’ve worked so hard to build, but it’s important to stay on track. We’ve compiled some simple tips to help you celebrate the holidays while maintaining your fitness in the busy days ahead.
Have a Ball
If you are traveling, don’t leave your routine behind. A lacrosse or hard ball easily packs away in your luggage so you can get a quick roll anywhere.
Share the Joy
