Physical Therapist

JOB SUMMARY

​

The ideal candidate is a skilled professional that is passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference. We offer a flexible schedule, open/teamwork environment, and mentorship.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames

  • Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals

 

Qualifications

  • Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice

  • Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program

  • Current state of Texas license

  • Desire to learn, help, and grow the clinic over time

  • Strong emphasis on patient care, quality, outcomes, and efficiency

  • Responsible individual with strong work ethic

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • New grads welcome to apply

Physical Therapy Technician 

​

JOB SUMMARY

​

The Physical Therapy Technician position will have responsibility for assisting the Physical Therapists or with daily patient physical therapy treatment. Will provide assistance with patient care based on instructions by the PT. Will assist the Office staff in assigned patient care-related tasks including scheduling, scanning, copying, and patient calls. 

​

Requirements:

​

  • High School diploma required

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with both patients and physicians

  • Clinical and EHR experience is a plus

 

Responsibilities:

​

  • Assist the Therapist with daily patient therapy treatment utilizing skills that have been certified or trained by the PT and are not considered PT skilled activities as defined by the state licensing agency.

  • Call patients for follow up of care provided

  • Organizes equipment and supplies needed for treatments

  • Straightens and maintains physical order in the clinic

  • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with patients and physicians

  • Assumes any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Physical Therapist

  • Assist with clinical office assignments as requested
