Rolling out helps loosen your muscles before you start moving. Targeting the areas that you’ll use the most on your run or walk. Starting with your hips, back and legs, specifically your calves, hamstrings, glutes, and quads.


Taking a few minutes to roll out can save you plenty of damage control in the future. Skipping a pre-run rollout can make a substantial difference in injury prevention.
